Tasmanian green tea, grown in the Huon region of southern Tasmania and marketed as Huon Green, is a superbly smooth, easy to drink green tea.
The cool temperate climate is ideal for producing supreme quality leaves and the young shoots are plucked when they are tender, succulent and packed with wonderful flavour. In order to maintain the flavour the leaf is processed within a few hours of picking and then gently dried.
