Matcha Green Tea Powder, grown and produced in the beautiful Huon Valley in Southern Tasmania.
The Green Tea leaves are grown and produced without pesticides or fungicides, and watered with fresh spring water. The young shoot tips are harvested when they are just a few weeks old, and then dried within a few hours in a purpose built freeze drier which locks in the goodness and preserves the antioxidants better than traditional drying systems – making Tasmanian Matcha extra healthy!
After the Green Tea leaves are dried they are milled in a stone mill to produce a fine powder, which is then passed through a 200 micron sieve to ensure only the finest Matcha tea powder is sent to you to enjoy.
There are no additives in our Matcha (some brands add sugar or milk powder) making it 100% Matcha Green Tea goodness.
You can enjoy this Matcha hot or cold, or in smoothies or recipes.
Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup.
